Add predefined keyboard shortucts to switch between engine modes or make it possible to configure them manually.

As per title. Now doing it with mouse it way too inconvenient.

    There are built-in shortcuts to do this via the menu system.

    Alt+U, S, 1
    Alt+U, S, 2
    Alt+U, S, 3,
    etc

    There are no hard coded shortcuts to do this directly because the engine modes are entirely dynamic, and under Visual Studio shortcuts need to be statically configured.
